My primary motivation is

My
first career was clothing design and production. I worked for large
suppliers to major High Street brands, then I worked in India
for 2 years supplying international stores. After
redundancy, I volunteered and discovered the "voluntary sector"
and ultimately the Development sector.
I also work for a Housing
Association and I am a Trustee and Company Secretary of a
legal charity. I am a regular speaker at such events as forum3
www.forum3.co.uk
and at VSO
www.vso.org.uk returned volunteers days, where I
provide ideas and strategies for development workers to move forward,
and I also regularly speak at many UK Universities.
I am qualified and have a ECONNF Coach Diploma
along with 4 years
experience of practical coaching and mentoring, working one to one with people
just like you.
